“we were supposed to stay in this home for 9 days, we left after 2 and got a refund. the house was absolutely filthy! we had our 9 month old with us and her knees and feet were black after crawling around for a short time. there were dead bugs in the closet. dryer was hot to the touch but didn’t dry the clothes. there were dead bugs in the closet. the vents were dusty. mold in the showers. the backyard was not maintained well. and there was a massive leak in the kitchen, local maintenance wanted me to move the fridge and turn off water myself, which seems outrageous to me. we presented all of this with proof to air bnb and got refunded. would not stay again.”

“description was accurate! the home is beautiful! upon arrival the yard was uncut. the two futons to give extra sleeping in the living room were very uncomfortable to sit on😫. there were no cleaning supplies to wipe down counters or clean a mess if needed. 1 toilet roll per bathroom (bring your own cleaning supplies). the vents were very dirty and the AC unit inoperable. Plushy was responsive to our concerns.”
