“Joy By The Sea was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location and views of the beach were amazing! Bedding was exceptional and the house was never too hot, even when it was hot outside. Would love to come back and stay.”

“The house was great. It was right on the beach and having access to the beach and white sand was amazing. Very peaceful location. We had a great time. I was annoyed by a couple of things. One, there is a heatable pool (more like a large hot tub) but there is a $90 a day additional charge to heat it. Felt like this was a ridiculous price if we wanted to use it for an hour or two. So a great feature but pointless unless you want to pay extra. Felt a bit like the property company was trying to nickel and dime us. Two, we triggered the fire alarm on the last day due to some cooking. Fire crew came out but the switch to turn off the alarm was in the garage and we were never given access to the garage. They ended up having to climb in through the window. Not sure why we weren’t given access to this.”
