“Very nice location. This is a duplex, not a (6) bedroom, (4) bathroom house. Deceptively advertised. Needs a good cleaning and a lot more “love” than it’s getting now. Contacted Ryan about the non functioning downstairs dryer and all of the broken toasters. He said he would contact the owners, to see what would do! Never heard back from Ryan. The lower duplex thermostat warns you about dangerous air quality. This is where my son and his family, and their (3) children were sleeping. We tried to air it out, but most of the windows do not open! It’s only (18) steps up from the lower duplex, to the dryer that works in the upper duplex. Two separate entrances. The dining plates are chipped and there isn’t a full set of dining utensils. The (2) charcoal grilles are from back when Gerald Ford was president. Any of the windows that did open, had holes in the screens, that a small animal could walk through. This place is perfect for a group of (18) year old Spring Break freshman👍”

“Beautiful home with great views”

“We loved the beach house itself ! It was beautiful, right on the beach and nicely decorated and furnished. However, we had major problems with Ryan’s responsiveness and communication. There was a problem with the reservation which I messaged about almost 2 months before our trip. Originally, Ryan responded that he would fix it but he did not. After several unanswered messages, I needed to reach out to Airbnb for help. Ryan finally responded at that he would fix it a few days before our trip. We did not hear from him until we had already landed in Panama City. We were very anxious prior to our trip that the reservation would not be fixed. We were a large party and honestly the stress was not worth it ! In addition to this issue, we messaged Ryan that the hot tub was murky and smelled and never received a response, our grandchildren all got a bad rash from it.”
