“This was a terrible stay and I would not recommend this host or Emerald Beach Properties to anyone. The “luxury condo” had no working central AC, which was never disclosed, and they tried to cover it up with a cheap portable unit that was ducted into the sliding glass door, effectively cutting off any use of the balcony or enjoyment of the water view. There was exposed insulation running through the condo because of this setup, making the space look and feel unfinished and anything but “high‑end.” I paid over $600 for this place, told them within five minutes I didn’t want to stay and asked to cancel, and was told that wasn’t an option. They promised a manager would reach out the next morning and after 24 hours I still haven’t heard from anyone. This felt like clear false advertising and completely unprofessional behavior.”

“We had an issue with ac unit going out, but host was very responsive and fixed issue as fast as possible. This unit is in a busy complex, but since it’s on the end of property very peaceful and felt like you were on the beach with just a few people. Unit was very clean.”

“Excellent price. Great location - quiet and peaceful, even during spring break. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Beds are very comfortable. One pool is heated - the other is not. I enjoyed the non-heated pool the most. Pool rules are strongly enforced by security making the pool experience calm and relaxing. I really enjoyed the complimentary two padded beech chairs with umbrella. Host was very responsive to all questions. Most responses were within 5 minutes. My family and I had a great experience overall.”

“Perfect location, host very responsive. Loved the glider chairs on balcony. It was great having three bathrooms. Only negative was the dining rooms chairs were very uncomfortable: no cushion left at all and on any of the seats, the pillows on the bed gave zero support so bring your own. Would definitely stay again!”
