“Great Airbnb that checked all the boxes - great location at the edge of town with restaurants and shops easy to reach, while still being close to the national parks. An easy 5-star home. My family enjoyed it very much and I would eagerly stay here again. The size is good for a large family/group. I appreciated that the downstairs bathroom had a shower (3 full baths). Kitchen was well laid out and had all the tools and equipment, even some extras that you don’t normally see in an Airbnb. Most rooms have ceiling fans, which made it more comfortable inside without having to turn the A/C way down. This is an end unit which meant there are more windows and good natural light. We didn’t use the private hot tub because it was so hot while we were there, but it’s a great feature if you’re here in the fall or winter. The community pool and hot tub was great but almost no shade so bring umbrellas if you can. Big garage with several bikes, another unique amenity. A solid 5+ stars!”

“We love the Edgewater, this condo has definitely been rented a lot. It has a lot of wear and tear and very little charm to it. Overall we had a good stay, beds were good. Shower head leaked, doors were jammed and hard to get out of, no overhead lighting or celling fans in bedrooms. Bare minimum for a rental.”

“The view is unbeatable. We stay at the Edgewater often and you cant do better than the penthouse. This is a new listing and has a few small kinks to work out but ultimately we'd pick this place every time.”

“This home was the perfect spot for my family of 11 to all gather. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. When we were ready to all hang out together there was ample space both inside and out. There were lots of supplies in the kitchen to cook with which was very much appreciated. The view is absolutely stunning and the drive to town is simple and just a few minutes. The home was also clean and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home to gather in.”

“This was a terrible stay and I would not recommend this host or Emerald Beach Properties to anyone. The “luxury condo” had no working central AC, which was never disclosed, and they tried to cover it up with a cheap portable unit that was ducted into the sliding glass door, effectively cutting off any use of the balcony or enjoyment of the water view. There was exposed insulation running through the condo because of this setup, making the space look and feel unfinished and anything but “high‑end.” I paid over $600 for this place, told them within five minutes I didn’t want to stay and asked to cancel, and was told that wasn’t an option. They promised a manager would reach out the next morning and after 24 hours I still haven’t heard from anyone. This felt like clear false advertising and completely unprofessional behavior.”

“The condo was beautifully stocked with items I did not expect. There were plenty of pool and bath towels, however there were a limited amount of wash cloths. The place was very clean and the kitchen items were of a great quality, plentiful and stocked well with all the tools we needed to have great dinners. The only complaint I had is with the internet and Wi-FI capabilities. We arrived on Saturday had WiFi on Sunday, we did not have WiFi from Monday until late the following Friday the day before we left. We had to use personal hot spots to watch the World Cup games and the kids were not happy they could not watch their favorite shows. Technicians came every day however not until they sent a seasoned tech nothing was resolved until Friday.”

“The condo itself was clean. The day of check out when I had to strip the bed for check out I was so disgusted to find pee stains and whatever else stains all over the mattress and there was no mattress protector on the mattress at all. Made me very disgusted feeling. The only bad thing with the layout of the condo is the bedrooms are right by the elevator so it was very hard to get any sleep. Every time you fall asleep you get woke up by people getting on and off the elevator.”
