“The location and beach access were excellent, and the area was quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was good, and they were responsive and easy to reach. Check-in and property access were also simple and convenient. However, the cleanliness of the property was a significant concern and did not meet reasonable expectations. The floors and bedside tables were sticky, and the shower curtains had visible mold. We were also provided bath towels with a concerning brown stain that appeared to be fecal matter, which was especially disappointing and unacceptable. When we requested a replacement shower curtain, it was simply left on the table, requiring us to remove and dispose of the old moldy curtain and install the new one ourselves. Basic supplies were also very limited, with only two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for our group, and no cooking essentials such as oil or spices. Overall, the location was great, but the cleanliness and supply issues significant”

“This place was ok. It’s very close to a private beach entrance which is great if that is your only goal. You’ll need bikes or a golf cart to get anywhere else. The condo is cute but doesn’t have basics. There wasn’t a cleaner for the counter or broom for the sand. Literally bring salt and pepper! The biggest issue were the sheets in the large beds. They were not changed between guests!! We were not offered a discount or refund of any kind for what we found. After sending a message it was not addressed until I reached out a second time. Given the options in 30A we will stay somewhere else when we return next year!”

“We had several issues during our stay. My wife attempted to plug in a lamp in the living room. Apparently the wire was frayed because there was a spark, flash of a flame and and pop. This burned my wife's finger. This knocked out the power in the living room. The dryer also didn't function. The stove had a large crack on the glass top. When trying to turn the icemaker on the refrigerator on, this left a large puddle on the floor. We also saw several german cockroaches during our stay. Management did clean our laundry, but not having a dryer was inconvenient. The photos were accurate. There are alot of stairs in the unit and to the beach. It's a good unit and has potential. Management compensated us for our troubles, but I wish they'd asked about my wife's finger before the last day of a week's stay. The view of the ocean from the top floor is nice, and the kids liked the pool. One consideration is although the beach is walkable, coffee and restaurants aren't walkable.”

“The beach was great and that is what we came for. The beach access was walkable and we loved how close it was to the home. The actual home was messy upon arrival and lacked in basic necessities. The top floor bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t drain well and had hair in the tub that was not ours. The beds were not comfortable, the extra blanket for the pull out had obvious blood stains on it. The bunk bed had chip crumbs in the sheets. We learned that the dryer was broken AFTER we had already washed clothes. When we alerted the company of the issue they said they couldn’t fix it during our stay so we had to take wet clothes home with us. Some of us in our group had to go all the way back to Michigan. The closet with beach chairs and toys was an absolute wreck on arrival, everything was just thrown in. We had one toilet paper roll for 12 people. One dish towel. Two spoons. Knives were dull. Cookware was old and dirty.”

“We came for my husband 50th with our two kids. We knew the place would be small but we were only staying two nights it was the end of our trip. It’s was dirty and bugs were everywhere. We had huge roaches and ants tons of spiders everywhere in the small one bedroom space. The tv in the bedroom was so old it wasn’t even working and we called he said he would come by and we never heard back again. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. For the amount we paid for two days they should be ashamed of themselves. We would have never booked this if we had known that it was so bad. The only thing that was nice was the pool the tram and the location. I would stay in another property but would never stay here and would recommend that they remodel or at least deep clean get a comfortable bed and a tv that’s is a smart tv from this decade. Really put a damper on my husband’s 50th.”
