DO NOT STAY HERE! There are roaches. The house is nasty. The management company is very hard to get in touch with and they didn’t do more than move us to a different property, which also had roaches. We had to spend over a day of our vacation dealing with this mess, between calling Airbnb and the host, to packing up and moving, to combing through our things to make sure we didn’t bring roaches home with us. Airbnb offered me $45 for “the inconvenience”, as they claim we were only inconvenienced the nights that we were in the first roach infested house. Once we were moved and I noticed more roaches, the management company said responded to my picture by saying “I don’t know what else to say”. Aside from the $45, Airbnb offered me a 100 Euro credit- yes Euros. This management company is terrible and so is Airbnb. Take your money elsewhere.

Overall the stay was fine. We had issues when we arrived getting in our room, called the host 100 times and got no response. Couldn’t get in room with the code that was given. Finally realized there was a different phone number on the window of our room..called them, they were helpful and gave us a different door code than what we were given previously and we got in. Went to the pool the first day and our pool code didn’t work, someone had to give us theirs to use. We continued to use their code, then on April 1st we went to the pool and that code did not work, someone else in the pool let us in and said the code changes every month, we were never notified of that or given a new code. Also, went to turn the main tv in the living room on one morning only to find it black with lines and not working. We felt the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, hair in sink and shower and rugs dirty. No issues on other trips here, but we wont be using this management team again in future
