“This was not what we were expecting for a home with 4.9 stars. Terrible sewage smell, broken items needing repair (done while we were there), rotting wood, cockroaches (from the south, I can handle bugs), overall not impressed. Plenty of other beachfront properties nearby for a similar or slightly more expensive price. Beach front was very nice, and it has a large back patio. Those were the ONLY good things about this home. Hopefully the actual owners see this and discuss with the management company. Purely a reflection of terrible management and maintenance. Home itself has potential if taken care of.”

“This was a decent place to stay. The checkout is scheduled early and the check in is later than usual, so we excepted it to be much cleaner than it was. The doors, knobs, walls, switches were stained and dirty from previous use. The restroom also looked like it was just given a quick wipe down, not a proper clean. The amenities were very scarce. There were only two toilet paper rolls for our entire stay. This considering we were 6 guests. They only provide a miniature shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash or hand soap.”

“Good - Bad - Very Bad Good: Single story 3 br/3 bath perfect for people who should not use stairs The view and beach location is great - short walk to the gulf waters functional kitchen with supplies were provided ( we left mixing bowls) Living area space is nice for large group Supplied washing powder, dish soap, shampoo conditioner and body soap. Back porch views and cooking area are nice to hang out. Bad: No broom or vacuum provided for a beach house? House not cleaned on arrival (dirty dishes in cabinet and food on floors) Needs repairs (shower knob, broken blinds, microwave sounds terrible- will wake guests, peeling paint) AC could not cool house below 76 degrees Trash pickup days not disclosed. Very Bad: Sewer problems and terrible smells at random times coming from water heater closet wall hole. So bad we duct taped a black trash bag over the door. Service man did the same.”

“The condo itself is awesome! The balcony was the star of the trip. The only downside was the elevator was down all of our trip. 1 elevator for 18 floors and are final day it stop working. We had to walk up 14 flights of stairs.”
