30A Escapes in Panama City, Florida

“It was beautiful and clean. My teens and young adult kids loved it.”

“Took a chance on this listing without it having any reviews. We were sent the wrong door code by 30a escapes. Instead of being able to enter at 4pm we were unable to get in until 5:30pm when they could figure out the correct code. After we waited outside for 1 hour 30 mins with a 10 month old, 2 year old and 4 other kids we finally got into the house. The temperature was 76 degrees inside and did not come back down until the middle of the night, just imagine how fun that was! My instacart grocery order was delivered at 4pm -my milk, popsicles, sandwich meat etc. were all hot/melted by the time we got in considering they set outside in 90+ temps for an hour and a half. I asked if they would accommodate for the ruined groceries but nothing was done - not even a sorry! There’s no way the floors have been mopped recently the bottoms of our feet were completely black from walking around other than that everything was good. This is my 4th time staying in Prominence, the area is great!”

“Beautiful home. The host thought of all the amenities for a big house. The way the house is laid out is absolutely amazing. There are 6 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. 1 king with 2 bunks and attached bathroom. 1 room with 6 bunk beds and an attached bathroom and 1 room with 4 bunk beds. When I say it was the best Airbnb I and all my guests stayed at we are not kidding. The attention to detail with amenities, dishes, utensils etc. was impeccable. The beds were ALL so comfortable with top notch linens. They had different types of pillows so everyone had the perfect pillow. And the views! It was like we had a different view of the ocean from the different levels of the house. I wish they would have accommodated us with early check in however, they let us stay an hour extra during checkout. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 9 am (which was a little too early in my opinion). Having said that would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!”
