“The house was a great stay! It’s right across the street from the beach as described, and that alone made it worth it. Our big family was able to sleep comfortably in all the rooms and enjoyed the heated pool. Josh was a great host. Response time was quick and always kind.”

“This is a nice house in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and not near the large condos, so the beach was less busy. An important thing to note is that a new house has now been built right in front of this house (across the street) which blocks the majority of the beach view. Ocean is still visible in slivers but not a direct view. For those who plan to cook on vacation, please note: oven mitts were not provided. There was not a large soup pot (just a smaller pot that wasn't sufficient for our size group to do shrimp boil). There were no glass baking dishes, only old, small metal ones. There weren't large glass mixing bowls for microwaving large amounts of food, and no dishes or containers to store leftovers. This would easily be a 5-star review with just a few improvements to the kitchen supplies, new cushions for the outdoor couch, additional hangers for the closets, and large mats by the doors to keep sand from coming in the house. Overall a nice place!”

“Great place to stay for family vacation. Bedroom on main floor great for grandparents to avoid stairs. Short convenient walk to the beach. Cleanliness was top tier. Beaches weren’t crowded and didn’t have to be there at 8am in order to get a spot. Quick drive to pier park. Josh was very responsive, and kind. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Would stay again.”

“Very nice house. Just wish the bedroom with a queen and the one with a king were reversed so that the king had its own private bath. Josh was always responsive and helpful.”

“Our stay was fantastic. The place is beautiful and spacious. Private pool was a must, and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. 2 coffee shops in walking distance, and a local grocery store within a couple of blocks. Enjoyed every minute!”
