“Unit has 2bedrooms and claims 2 parking passes but you can only get one pass. Front desk was incredibly rude about the parking situation. Even though we were sent multiple messages promising two passes, they did not make it right. The host did call, but they gave her the same information. I suggested the host change the info on the listing. The last night, the AC went out. Joey did send instructions to reset the unit quickly, but this did not work.”
