“The extra money for having a pet was ridiculous. There was some sort of leak when using the showers and washer I think that was where the smell came from. Terrible pet accommodations for the amount of money spent to bring a pet. Potty spot was super small with pine straw down. View was very nice. Plenty of pots and pans for the kitchen. Should be noted you will pay an extra fee for pets after the booking before you can get the check in code. Pools were not clear. Had to pay a fee for my service dog and couldn’t get it back.”

“For the price I paid this unit was a disappointment. The sofa is worn and "pilling", the unit needs "black out shades" as the bedrooms were 80-82 degrees, the bathrooms have no ventilation so that also contributed to the bedrooms being extremely hot. The dining rooms chairs are so stained that I would not let the kids even sit on them, we covered with our own beach towels. The primary bathroom is has one tile on the floor, different tile baseboard, third tile for the transition from one floor to the next and the bathroom tub area has a fourth tile around the cheap plastic tub surround. The water pressure sucks and the kitchen faucet barely gets warm water. The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom is so small that it's useless, the other one is small too but not as bad as the primary. The decor is a mis-matched mess. For what I paid, I expected the unit to be clean and nicely decorated. In the condition this unit is in, I would NOT stay here again. The door knob is loose as well.”

“Check-in was smooth, but getting the parking passes took almost 1 hours, which was very frustrating. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was terrible. The entire house was covered in dust, and it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was dirt throughout the home. The bathrooms were especially disgusting, with pubic hair left on the toilet seats, inside the toilets, and in the bathtubs. I shared photos with the Airbnb host as proof. This property has potential, but the cleaning standards need a major improvement.”

“We had a great stay. The condo was neat and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Both bathrooms had plenty of hot water. The unit is a bit outdated it could use some upgrades. Overall it was a great stay for our family of five”

“Smelled really bad. Was not clean. Hair on floors couches etc. Elevators were slow and one didn’t work the entire time we were there. Pools were nice.”
