“Great stay!! Clean, beautiful, walkable, super central to everything you could need or want. There are a lot of people who work for the company, so communication can get a little confusing, but it didn’t impact our trip. Little tip: the Seacrest Beach is WAY TOO CROWDED, so drive down to Wall St. about 5 mins away, park on the street and go to Inlet Beach, where you’ll find 26 miles of public beach!!”

“Pros:Beautiful location and spacious home right between Rosemary and Alys. Cons: There might be too tight of a turnaround time as the house was quite dirty (also could be attributed to the hardwood floors) our socks and the bottoms of our feet were filthy by the end of each day and the patio coverings could be cleaned as there must be mold buildup that did cause a bit of a reaction to one of the guests. We did see a couple of palmetto bugs indoors as well. With the price we paid and number of guests this house could accommodate, we were a little surprised by the quality of the toiletries and the supplied paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper)-make sure you’re reading the fine print and contract details so you and your group are not surprised during your stay.”

“Our house was exactly what we were looking for as we celebrated my son’s birthday and my daughter’s graduation. It was exactly what we were looking. The location, the layout, the amenities were perfect. The balcony on the top floor was perfect for us and we utilized it all the time. Unfortunately, on day 4 of our 6 day stay, our electricity went out. We later found out that the house recently went through an ownership change and the new owner failed to switch over the electricity to the new owner. Since this couldn’t be resolved, we were unfortunately forced to find a new house for the last 2 nights of our stay. We were very disappointed that we had to unexpectedly move everything in the middle of our vacation. The property management company, especially Rebecca and Abigail, were very helpful trying to find a resolution for us. Unfortunately this was a refund and us having to find another location. But they were professional and went above and beyond in assisting us.”
