Stay at 30A Vacation Rentals

“We had a great time and immediately felt right at home. Vacation started right away with all of the water toys available to use. Kayaking to the beach was a unique and fun experience. The bikes made evening trios to the beach easy and enjoyable. Taking advantage of grocery delivery allowed even more time to play. No one wants to spend vacation time grocery shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the home when we didn’t want to eat out. We have already recommended this place to several other active families like ours.”

“Loved staying at this house! The house was beautiful, the pool area is super nice, and the walk to the beach/downtown Rosemary is super easy! Also, love all the rooms had king beds! It was a 10/10 house!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had the perfect setup for our family. The location was ideal for splitting our time between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We made great use of the bikes and water toys, which were such a fun bonus. We were a little worried about getting to and from the beach with a toddler and all of our beach gear, but it ended up working out perfectly. The recommended beach access is only about a two-minute drive from the house. Since there isn’t parking at the beach, we would drive over in the morning, unload everything, and then my husband would drive back to the house and bike back to the beach. It only took him about five minutes, so it was incredibly easy. We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. We definitely plan to stay here again!”

“We were unable to get into our condo at check in time and had to wait outside for quite a while. Cleaning staff was still in the room. When I communicated with someone from the rental company, she said she would call back and never did. There is a cost for guests that checkout late, but I guess no reimbursement for making us check in late.”

“Our stay was alright. The location was perfect however the place itself lacked things I would think an Airbnb would have. For example: only given two tiny trash bags for a whole week, had no basic condiments like salt, pepper etc. There was a cup machine but no kcups? For the price the only thing that made it worth it was the location. If you’re staying for less than 4 days this place would be worth it but stayin for a week this place didn’t have all that we needed.”

“Don’t book this place. Owner cancelled on me at last minute. I was 1 hour away from arrival. No explanation whatsoever. Even though Airbnb tried to help by booking something else for me - nothing at the last minute was to my standard. The same place was available after they cancelled with me. My payment was returned to me. It was so troublesome that I drove back home. So upset and mad. So if I had cancelled on them I would lose my money. But they cancelled on me and no consequences. Very shady it seems.”
