“This place was such a beautiful spot to stay for our girls trip! The house was stunning and had perfect location to everything we needed. It was just a few blocks from the town and a few steps to the beach! We absolutely loved our stay here!”

One of our favorite perks was the golf cart—it made getting around so easy and added so much to the experience! Everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable beach getaway!”

“There are pros and cons to this property but overall I don't think I would recommend unless they get a new property management team.”

“We were unable to get into our condo at check in time and had to wait outside for quite a while. Cleaning staff was still in the room. When I communicated with someone from the rental company, she said she would call back and never did. There is a cost for guests that checkout late, but I guess no reimbursement for making us check in late.”

“Pros:Beautiful location and spacious home right between Rosemary and Alys. Cons: There might be too tight of a turnaround time as the house was quite dirty (also could be attributed to the hardwood floors) our socks and the bottoms of our feet were filthy by the end of each day and the patio coverings could be cleaned as there must be mold buildup that did cause a bit of a reaction to one of the guests. We did see a couple of palmetto bugs indoors as well. With the price we paid and number of guests this house could accommodate, we were a little surprised by the quality of the toiletries and the supplied paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper)-make sure you’re reading the fine print and contract details so you and your group are not surprised during your stay.”

“I will say the listing states at Watersound but there is no free public beach access nearby. The state park they advertise, you have to pay $3 to park there and it's a VERY long walk to the water. The description of the location needs to be modified to let customers know there is no convenient beach access Our carbon monoxide alarm went off the 3rd night and the fire department had to come out and said there was carbon monoxide detected. I told them about this incident, and the text I received back said "thanks for letting us know." Nothing else. I found that inconsiderate! Minimal kitchen supplies, not even salt & pepper. no paper towels and the toilet paper was paper thin. The beach towels there are basically thin like a sheet that did not dry us off! The beach chairs were broken. Spend a little more on having nicer quality stuff in the unit for as much as we paid to stay! Also 0 games for the kids, not even a deck of cards. We would not stay there again because of these things”

“Our stay was alright. The location was perfect however the place itself lacked things I would think an Airbnb would have. For example: only given two tiny trash bags for a whole week, had no basic condiments like salt, pepper etc. There was a cup machine but no kcups? For the price the only thing that made it worth it was the location. If you’re staying for less than 4 days this place would be worth it but stayin for a week this place didn’t have all that we needed.”

“Don’t book this place. Owner cancelled on me at last minute. I was 1 hour away from arrival. No explanation whatsoever. Even though Airbnb tried to help by booking something else for me - nothing at the last minute was to my standard. The same place was available after they cancelled with me. My payment was returned to me. It was so troublesome that I drove back home. So upset and mad. So if I had cancelled on them I would lose my money. But they cancelled on me and no consequences. Very shady it seems.”

“The beds were extremely hard. The hardest I have ever had to sleep on ever. There were a previous person's dirty socks behind furniture. Couches were uncomfortable and table. The furniture desperately needs updated. The light switches were hard to work none of the remotes in the place worked couldn't watch TV once.”
