“I spent majority of my time on the phone contacting air bnb for support for issues with maintenance that the host was not fixing in a timely manner. We arrived to the unit and unloaded (multiple elevators were broken, no carts, took forever). Then we wake to find all of our groceries spoiled. The fridge was not working. Contacted the host and waited almost a full day before they sent out maintenance to our unit and had to get air bnb support because the host was not being helpful. maintenance lady arrived tried to blame us for the fridge not working. Another guy with her was pointing out issues with the fridge and she shut him down. Stove door handle was broken and so was the door to the patio. I had to bypass the host and contact air bnb to get anything fixed. The description says “ample cookware” and there was not a single pot or pan. It was a horrible experience. I feel like I wasted my one vacation of the year and spent it/came home more stressed than I was when I left for the trip”

“Pros: The location was great, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The unit was spacious and worked well for our group. The host was responsive when we requested additional blankets and the privacy curtain. Cons: The listing photos and description were not entirely accurate. The bunk room privacy divider shown in the photos was not available, and I purchased my own privacy solution before learning it had been removed due to fire code requirements. The listing should be updated to reflect this. The unit itself area also stayed consistently warm because the air conditioning did not seem to work properly in that space. Cleanliness could have been better. Several pillows had noticeable stains, so I chose not to use them. I was also disappointed to see a charge for two additional wristbands when only six guests stayed and six wristbands were provided at check-in. Overall, we enjoyed the location and views, but there are a few areas that could be improved for future guests.”

“Our stay was great the condo we originally booked was double booked so we got upgraded to Mariner’s west on the 4th floor. Views were amazing but the elevator was broken so had to walk up several flights of stairs and I have a bad back so that wasn’t fun.”

“We had a pleasant stay here. The host was very responsive and the place was exactly as pictured in the photos and very spacious. Overall our stay was great outside of minor things”
