“We had a fun time here! We were a total of 6 adults and 1 dog and we were so comfortable there. We loved the pool area when we couldn’t do the beach and access to the beach was very easy. We will be back!”

“We had a fantastic time at the property. My daughter wanted a beach stay as a reward for graduating medical school. This property was close to the beach, had a golf cart for locals travel, and was spacious and had a fantastic layout. We may use a similar floor plan for our future build….it is that nice. Will stay again when we come back to 30A!”

“The home was amazing! Beautifully decorated and spotless! Kitchen has everything you could need. Lovely back porch with fans which was great to have morning coffee. Third floor has a twin futon, but a blow up mattress can fit in the space easily to be an extra bedroom. Be cautious on parking, as only two cars are allowed and the hoa reported us so we had to move vehicles and pay to park in another location out of the neighborhood. There is not a visitor or overflow lot.”

“Absolutely ZERO issues!!! Best place my family and I have ever stayed, hands down. The house itself is amazing. Everything was thought of when creating this place and I can't think of one thing that I would change. Definitely take advantage of the golf cart that comes with the place. You'll need to that to make getting to the beach a breeze. It's less than 5 minutes away by cart. Community pool was very peaceful and never too full. My favorite part was the outside grilling area. I suggest planning a few nights to stay in and take advantage of the that area and the chefs kitchen. For sure coming back to this house.”

“Amazing location, but furniture was definitely not as new as photos, but it was still cute and functional. Pool alarm was annoying every time we opened the door. Overall, good spot for a large group.”
