“It was perfect”

“The house itself was cool and the location/private beach access was wonderful but the house had stains all over the walls and toilet seat lids. The floors were extremely dirty and looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. For the price they charged, we expected at least coffee for the coffee machine, beach towels for a beach house… the responses were no help and sounded like robots. They kept sending the same FAQ link and telling us to use instacart. They tried to say Airbnb’s in the area didn’t provide basic needs either which is false because we looked at tons. Overall the location was great but very disappointed for how much we paid and them not having anything beach wise but are a beach house.”

“Great location. Furniture in living room doesn’t match photos. Some items could be updated but overall it was nice and they replied within minutes.”

“Had a great stay the pool lights did not work so the kids didn’t really get to swim at night but other than that everything was perfect. We packed all of the listed items such as toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags but, everything was already available for us. I’d definitely recommend this air bnb to everyone and so close to the beach.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property with a group of 6 adults and 6 children. The home provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in for a large group. One of the biggest highlights was the private beach within walking distance. It was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the water throughout our stay. The location was also great, with grocery stores and other necessities close by. The kids especially loved the pool, which ended up being perfect for the rainy days we experienced during our trip. It gave them a fun place to play when we couldn't be at the beach. The host was excellent—communication was proactive, timely, and informative. They provided all the information we needed before we even had to ask, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic property for a large family or group vacation, and we would gladly stay here again.”
