“Upon arriving the front door was jammed and wouldn’t unlock. This lasted the entire trip having to use the back door. Clothes from previous renters in bedrooms. Hair products left in bags in dressers. Black thick dust on all ceiling fans. kitchen chairs falling apart, living room coffee table broken ,couch covers filthy. our feet were black every day walking around in the home never once has this happened at any air bnb we have stayed at. The golf cart would get stuck in reverse or drive when backing out. I could go on about how filthy this home was only pro was the location. Was sent a link to click to address concerns and have someone come clean but we had drove 22 hours and didn’t want people coming back in once we got all of our stuff in. Should have been clean upon arrival. Very disappointed with this experience especially for the price we paid. ended up buying cleaning products and cleaning what we could!!”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our joint bach trip! It’s a beautiful house that is perfectly beach themed! We had 16 guests and we all fit comfortably in the house with no problem! Todd and his family were super helpful with instructions and quick responses! It was so nice & peaceful! We will be saving this house for our next trip!”

“Overall, the house was great! The location was nice, just a short drive to the beach, with the 6 seater golf cart readily available. The house was also very close to multiple shopping centers and outlets, so grabbing food or last minute items before Crab Island was a breeze. On the other hand, please be careful on the steps, they can be a little slippery, we had two falls while there, but thankfully everyone was okay. Also, the house was missing a trash can when we arrived and the floors weren't pretty sandy , it didn't seem like the floor was thoroughly mopped. I would definitely return in the future.”

“The house was very lovely and spacious and was in waking distance of everything we needed. However tho it appears to be clean at first glance the floor was very dirty and dirt was visible on your socks on the initial walk through, also both ice makers had molds and had unpleasant odor. My party and I were very disappointed because I messaged the host ahead of time to pay special attention to cleanliness because we noticed on other reviews that this was an issue and to encounter the same thing after bringing attention to it was very sad.”
