“Fantastic place!! Celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with all our kids and grandkids this past week. Eight bedrooms each with a bathroom was great. Large living area accommodated our group nicely. Pool was relaxing after a day at the beach. Wonderful time had by everyone!!!”

“Best place for our big group, everyone was comfortable and well accommodated. The house is very especial, we enjoyed the pool area for the evenings after the beach. The beach is just a few steps about a 3 minute walk or less. The house was very well taken care of, the cleanliness was excellent.”

“Our family was relaxed and comfortable at Epic. This property includes a guest house and a beautiful pool and outdoor space. It is artfully furnished and pristine. We had 16 people in our group and the spaciousness of the house and guest house was amazing. The two kitchens made our big family meals a breeze. We enjoyed lazy beach days and chartered a boat to Crab Island. On our last night we took family beach pictures and enjoyed Hibachi poolside. It was a vacation filled with memories and moments to last a lifetime. I would 100% recommend staying at one of Todd’s many properties on the Emerald Coast!”

“I can't say enough about Cypress and our stay. We had 19 adults and 3 small children and had plenty of room. The kitchen, living and dining space is open for easy visiting and cooking. The kitchen had everything, pots, pans, bowls for storage and plenty of plates and silverware. The pool was a highlight. Lots of memories made in the back yard. Grill had plenty of gas. The yard was big enough for our corn bag boards. The best thing of all...the back walkway to the beach. Right out the back gate. Took a day for us to see it. Haha. We had two small issues, the fridge handle came loose and the pool needed cleaning sooner than expected. Both were taken care of instantly and at our convenience. I can't wait to come back. The vote with family was unanimous, we will stay at Cypress again. Thank you so much for providing us with the perfect vacation spot. The Stonecipher's.”

“I must say…. WOW! This home was just what are size family needed! The kitchen, living room and bedrooms were all excellent! The pool was a GREAT bonus! We did have some issue with Golf cart but was taken care of right away. If any issue it would be that when you do have a problem it felt very automated and you had to fill out a work order, BUT they were VERY FAST to respond like 5min. Or less! So I guess I would not really call that an issue! So if something is wrong Please fill out work order because they are AMAZING!! Check in and out went smoothly! Highly recommend!”

“Overall, we really liked the house and location. Having the golf cart was so useful. We drove to restaurants, grocery store, souvenir shop, etc all on the golf cart. Every room had it's own bathroom. House looked like pictures. Notes: 1. There isn't a patio on the main floor. The patios are on the 2nd & 4th floor. The patios are nice, but have to go through a bedroom to get to them. 2. House does not come with extras--no beach items, no games/toys, no beach towels. It would be really nice if the house had some of these, even if it was just left from previous guests. 3. Kitchen was well stocked for a big group--it could use some more cooking spatulas and or cooking spoons & some kind of measuring device. 4. No kid friendly dishes 5. SO MANY STAIRS. Would be really nice if guests were able to use the elevator, at least on check-in & check-out. 6. Private Beach was very pretty and way less busy than public beach down the road. 7. Host provides lots of information for the house and area.”
