“This home was nothing short of amazing for our family vacation. The location was perfect and private giving us an at home feeling. The amenities were better than described in the listing giving us so much to do and entertain the kids. The space was very clean (I clean and host rental properties and it passed my standard). Todd’s description and extremely helpful FAQ guide made the entire check in, stay and check out beyond seamless. I could not recommend this home enough for families with or without kids. We hope to make this a yearly trip at this location. Such a great host and home!”

“Sundance did not disappoint! The property was beautiful and perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for a large gathering. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a block to the beach. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved sitting outside in the evenings on the rocking chairs. Todd our host provided plenty of information and was available to answer any questions we had. The golf cart was incredibly useful in carting everyone around the neighborhood to close by restaurants and shops as well as the beach. I could go on and on about this property, everything was perfect, perfect, perfect!!!”

“We had the BEST experience staying here for my husband’s 50th birthday! We had a party of 16, and this house was absolutely perfect for our group. Everyone having their own king-size bed and bathroom was a HUGE plus-plus! 😂 The location was perfect, with the beach right up the street. The house itself was so beautiful, spacious, and comfortable that we honestly didn’t even have to leave! Everything we needed was right there. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special birthday. This house is definitely a 10/10! Highly, highly recommend! ❤️🎉”
