“Although the place was absolutely gorgeous we will never stay in this condo again that is managed by Grand Welcome. Additional fees, like paying for parking and wristbands are listed in the things to know and not included with the price., costing an additional hundred dollars upon arrival. They also will charge if you ask to check in early and then they also have no idea about the unit. We asked to check in at 3:40 PM with the normal check-in being four and they responded at 4:51 PM telling me to wait until four to check in. They had absolutely no idea that it was past four and sent me a very generic message telling me to wait after check-in time. The management company was poor and awful /unresponsive so any place that is ran by them we will never stay. I also requested to speak with the owner or a manager, and they never called..”
