“Definitely an unpleasant experience. The unit I booked had been booked twice by the staff. Apparently, they'd done it before, since they told me it had been booked again. I tried to contact them, but they didn't have a minute to answer or reply to my message. 24 hours later, the platform contacted me and told me the unit was infested. So I just hope this doesn't happen to your parents or any family member.”

“We had a lovely stay here in PCB. The airbnb looked just like the photos, the view was incredible, it’s close to many restaurants and is right on the beach. It gets a 4 star rating from me for a few things. 1. The Airbnb only provided 1 packet of laundry detergent for 4 people with a 7 night stay. 2. Only 1 paper towel for the kitchen. 3. Only a few rolls of toilet paper. 4. The elevators take a little bit of time but this is entirely dependent on what time of year you go. 5. The host stated I could message her but when I had a question I didn’t get a response the entire stay. All in all it was a beautiful condo with tons of restaurants around but could use some more catering to the guests for the price you pay.”
