“Was not what was expected. Duplex was not a stand alone property. Pool was a broken tub of standing water. Beds were squeaky and too soft.”

“The home needs maintenance. Kitchen cabinet doors are falling apart. The dishwasher does not work well. The mattress in the bunk room needs replaced as you sink down into it and there was a massive brown stain visible on it. The towels needed washed upon arrival as they smelled used and dirty. The hot tub had dirt in it. Half the curtain rod was missing in the bunk room and the curtain that faces the road was hanging.”

“We took friends and family for their first time to PCB . We were fortunate the weather was so beautiful we enjoyed the pool more than we were inside ! The beds are all so comfortable making it seem like home !”
