“Great view as soon as you open the door, my favorite part, also from the master huge window with ocean view from bed!! We had a wonderful stay would definitely stay again. Just need a good broom to help with the sand”

“We had a great girls trip and absolutely loved the balcony and gorgeous ocean view! The location was convenient, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. There were a few things that could use attention. The balcony door locks were not functioning, which made us a little uneasy, although being on a high floor made it less concerning. The condo could also benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning in some areas. The curtains to the balcony were very dirty, and there was a mystery substance around the hinges of the main bedroom’s closet doors. We were also given only 10–15 minutes’ notice by text that an AC technician would be stopping by for routine maintenance while we were away. Some other inconveniences were related to the resort rather than the host, including long elevator waits and tight assigned parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories. The balcony and ocean view are truly hard to beat!”

“August 2026: there is an active building site 100 yards from this property. Construction of a new beach house. Work started at 7.30am and lasted through every day, consistent hammering and banging made this superb location very unpeaceful. The noise woke us from inside the property. I reported to the property management and they said they cannot control outside noise (which is fair) but had we been made aware we wouldn't have stayed here. The location is 5 stars, no doubt. The beach and water are fantastic. The house was not fully clean, and for the extortionate cleaning fees paid when booking here we expected a higher standard of cleaning. For example, the pillows on the bed smelled musty and were damp on arrival. Door frame leading to deck was dirty and hasnt been cleaned for a long time. Some plates were smeared on arrival and needed washing. Overall the place was nice but furniture is tired, especially deck furniture, not the comfiest. Also the rusty grill outside 😥”

“We were disappointed because this property did not match its Airbnb description. The biggest issue was no internet for our entire stay. We were told the entire area was affected, but that was not true. The hot tub was filthy on arrival, although the owner did send someone to clean it promptly. The leasing agent was condescending and even stated she “wouldn’t get into any condo’s hot tub.” The property showed significant deferred maintenance: an open electrical box with exposed wiring, outdoor lights that repeatedly tripped the GFCI, a non-working fire pit, rusted door hardware, deteriorated patio furniture, an unsafe grill with no propane and severe rust, used utensils left on the grill, propane tanks stored beside used cooking oil, a spiral stair railing apparently taped together, and unreliable hot water. Great location, but the home’s condition was nowhere near what advertised. Owner refunded $300 of the $4500 charge.”

“Beautiful place close to the beach, but you need to bring your own laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and stuff like that.”

“The home needs maintenance. Kitchen cabinet doors are falling apart. The dishwasher does not work well. The mattress in the bunk room needs replaced as you sink down into it and there was a massive brown stain visible on it. The towels needed washed upon arrival as they smelled used and dirty. The hot tub had dirt in it. Half the curtain rod was missing in the bunk room and the curtain that faces the road was hanging.”

“We stayed here this past weekend for my cousin’s bachelorette trip and overall had a good experience. The house had plenty of space for our group of five girls and one guy, with two extra queen beds we didn’t need. The location was great—about a 20-minute drive to most restaurants and activities we had planned, and a few bars were only 5–10 minutes away. The pool was small, but we didn’t use it since we spent most of our time enjoying the beach views. There were a few things that could be improved. We could have used more basic supplies like toilet paper and trash bags for a group our size. Communication was also frustrating, as I sent several messages asking if beach umbrellas or chairs were provided and didn’t receive a response for about a week (not provided). The biggest concern was cleanliness when we arrived. Several comforters and pillowcases had visible makeup or dirt, so we ended up washing bedding. There was also trash under my bed and the floors appeared unswept and sticky.”

“We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Florida for 2 nights, and the experience was very disappointing. The host was charging us extra for every basic request, including pool heating the details of which was not mentioned clearly and again the tone used in the message was not really welcoming. The place was also poorly stocked — there was not enough kitchen paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, or basic toiletries for 2 night stay, so we had to buy everything ourselves. On checkout day, we requested we will checkout at 11 am instead of 10:00 AM since we had kids and most places have 11 am checkout. Whatever may be the reason for denial, the tone used by property owner was very rude, unwanted and unprofessional. We were informed we will be charged $100 per hour late checkout fee, even though this was never mentioned anywhere in the listing. The lack of supplies, unexpected charges, and the host’s rude behavior made our stay stressful. This is not what we expected from airbnb property.”
