“Elevator situation was BEYOND HORRIBLE!! Wristband access didn’t work most of the time. Front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful. Locks on patio doors don’t actually lock. The overall location of the building would be decent if you could get in or out of the place in under 30-45 min.”

“The location of this property is excellent and very convenient, as it’s close to everything. However, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The biggest inconvenience was the elevators. The wait times were extremely long throughout the day, so we often had to use the stairs instead. Thankfully, we were staying on the 8th floor, but I can only imagine how difficult it must be for guests staying on higher floors. The most serious issue was the bathtub. It is extremely slippery and very dangerous. I had a bad fall that resulted in a hand injury. Unfortunately, on our last day, my husband also slipped and fell in the exact same bathtub. I strongly recommend installing non-slip mats or adding some type of safety feature to prevent future accidents. Another concern was the kitchen floor, which would become wet for no apparent reason, making it very slippery as well. I tried to find a mop to keep the floor dry, but there were no cleaning supplies available in the unit”

“Nicely decorated , clean and neat had extra fans was nice since the ac either struggled or it’s controlled other than wall thermostat . Room on the first floor but 4 flights of stairs to get to reserved parking spot for room isn’t convenient. Wait time on elevators is extended Garbage dumpsters are stationed by walk way to room left corridor unpleasant. Rain water stands in corridor to room door . The room is nice just the surroundings make it suffer . Hoa fees 90$ for wrist bands that unlock doors we had 8 bands none of them worked . The pool area is nice, pool stays closed a lot for either cleaning or inclement weather . Directions for parking say 5th floor but it’s actually on the 4th.”

“I loved the location, everything was walking distance. I didn't like the fact that the place was not clean. The refrigerator, kitchen drawers, restroom drawers, towels and linings were not clean. Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly and felt hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. The host did respond but didn't get someone to check until the next day. The air filter was black and was replaced. It was unfortunate that we had an uncomfortable night and we the guest, had to notify the host in order for the air filter to be replaced.”

“Our stay was clean, comfortable, and the home was well stocked with basic amenities. The beds were also very comfortable. We were surprised to discover after arriving that golf carts were not permitted in the community. Unfortunately, we had already rented one based on the assumption we would be able to use it during our stay. We had to return it immediately and were only offered a rain check valid for one year, rather than a refund. This was a significant inconvenience and impacted our trip. We believe this restriction should be clearly disclosed in the listing so future guests can plan accordingly.”
