“We loved the area and the overall house. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom, 5 bed when I booked. The third bedroom did not have a bed, only a blowup mattress. We made it work, but was not what was expected. The description of the bedrooms had changed after I booked the house. I would have liked to have had a heads up on what to expect. The location was perfect. It is convenient to everything, but not in the busy/crowded area of PCB. Both Publix and Aldi were right around the corner. A short drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach was not crowded like in other areas we gave stayed. The house was clean. There were a few cosmetic things that should be fixed, but otherwise well kept. Overall, we loved our stay, but disappointed in the bedroom situation.”

“The air conditioning in the unit did not work at all, it was consistently at 79-81 degrees and despite turning it down it would just stay hot. This eventually made the entire place extremely humid and muggy. As we were not allowed to leave the door open to air the place out it ultimately, it made sleeping and existing in the place extremely uncomfortable. The water temperature in the unit was very inconsistent, in the shower the water temperature would fluctuate without any warning. Often getting extremely, I mean EXTREMELY hot and would then be very cold once you changed it. The unit also had a strong mildew smell, dishes were found dirty in the cabinets, there is no hand soap for any of the sinks, the very rusty towel hanger in the bathroom is not hung properly it fell consistently and was virtually unusable. When we arrived there was sand basically all over the place, in the beds, all over the floor etc. due to the consistent humidity all the surfaces were all very sticky as well.”

“Nice place as described and pictured. Very beautiful ocean view from balcony. Loved the clear waters on the beach and super soft sand. The bedroom balcony door was very hard to open so we kept it closed.. The elevators take long so the 1st floor was very convenient. We took the stairs down once. The hot tub was visibly dirty so we did not use. I would book again because the kids loved the pools but the check out time of 10am is very early and inconvenient so for that reason I don’t think it’s worth the price.”

“Upon arrival place seemed decent for the weekend. They gave us wrong parking garage codes. Then upon seating there was a living room chair broken, king bed in master was also dipping on one side. Night 2 we come back to unit to find the hot water heater is leaking in laundry room from the top spraying hot water into the room. Messaged agency but there was no resolution. My husband had to turn off the main for it to stop thankfully he was with us! So we had no hot water night 2 & day 3 of checkout!!!! This was a very disappointing stay for Mother’s Day weekend”

“All the extra paperwork that they tell you is mandatory after the refund is not 100% is garbage. They say it is for security but the whole property especially the 3rd floor and elevator had the stench of weed smoke the entire stay. Definitely not a family friendly place to stay.”
