“Location is great and easy access to pool and beach. Pool is small and condo could use an update on furniture and some baking sheets would be nice. A lot of mirrors on walls, my husband walked into one in am because he didn't have lights on. As with most condos the sliding glass door to balcony is very hard to open and shut. Beds we're comfortable. The balcony just has 2 lounge chair which were nice but a small table and a couple counter highchairs would be nice.”

“Our stay was good other than the view we thought we were really paying for is now blocked by the new construction next door. This condo needs new pictures taken to account for that. Garbage disposal went out while we were there, Cort was quick to contact maintenance & maintenance responded quickly as well to replace it. This place is nice but could use a deep clean in the master bathroom - there were lots of flies/bugs in there during our stay. Maybe a foundation issue”

“The room itself was great and we had a great vacation aside from the fact that the elevators were a disaster. We waited 30-40 minutes to get on at one point. The 4 or 5 times it did open on our floor, it was crammed full of people. We had a heck of a time getting from the 14th floor down to the beach with all our things in tow. Several of the elevators were not working properly. This is not a one off situation. I had completely forgotten we stayed in another unit in this building 6 years ago with the same problem regarding elevators. Pack your patience.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!My husband and I were so excited to be there for our anniversary and we get in and make dinner and then notice mold growing above the window so I messaged our host and then I called. I was told that they would get back with me on what to do and I let them know my husband and I are severely allergic to mold and so I was told that she would get back with us on next steps. Almost two hours later she responded and said that they didn’t have any other properties available at this time and that if we were comfortable staying they could get someone out in the morning, that wasn’t a option for health reasons and so I’m then end they stopped responding and we had to find another place to stay and get Airbnb involved.”

“My family and I honestly had such a fun week! Check in was actually available earlier than expected, and all instructions were sent ahead of time and easy to follow. The place was just as pictured and very clean. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the beach. The literal only thing I hate is spending almost $3000/week solely on a room +57 for parking. I’m use to staying at some of the other condos that are around 1700-1900/week, but this is where my boyfriend’s family stays every year and they all love it !”
