“The room itself was great and we had a great vacation aside from the fact that the elevators were a disaster. We waited 30-40 minutes to get on at one point. The 4 or 5 times it did open on our floor, it was crammed full of people. We had a heck of a time getting from the 14th floor down to the beach with all our things in tow. Several of the elevators were not working properly. This is not a one off situation. I had completely forgotten we stayed in another unit in this building 6 years ago with the same problem regarding elevators. Pack your patience.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!My husband and I were so excited to be there for our anniversary and we get in and make dinner and then notice mold growing above the window so I messaged our host and then I called. I was told that they would get back with me on what to do and I let them know my husband and I are severely allergic to mold and so I was told that she would get back with us on next steps. Almost two hours later she responded and said that they didn’t have any other properties available at this time and that if we were comfortable staying they could get someone out in the morning, that wasn’t a option for health reasons and so I’m then end they stopped responding and we had to find another place to stay and get Airbnb involved.”

“Disappointed in finding our golf cart was extra … salon on the bike all of their chains were off and rusty . I paid for golf cart and then wasn’t able to use it til the next day because the keys couldn’t be found .”

“My family and I honestly had such a fun week! Check in was actually available earlier than expected, and all instructions were sent ahead of time and easy to follow. The place was just as pictured and very clean. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the beach. The literal only thing I hate is spending almost $3000/week solely on a room +57 for parking. I’m use to staying at some of the other condos that are around 1700-1900/week, but this is where my boyfriend’s family stays every year and they all love it !”

“We had issues with finding the condo and the wifi instructions because there was none posted at the airbnb and we had to ask them for it. Overall, it was a good experience!”
