“We haven’t came to Florida in 2 years and this home was definitely one of a kind, spacious, walking distance to the beach and most importantly we loved the pool! Kids and family enjoyed every bit of it. We did have Wifi issues and with kids around it was hard to entertain them but we did reach out and we were able to get the issue resolved the night before we left. Overall we had a good time!”

“It was a good stay. There was a plumbing problem and when reached out we got response but they informed us someone would call us in regards to the problem and no one reached out and it wasn’t fixed. There was also no deep cleaning, we found finger nail clippings by the remote in the living room and we had to dust off some places. Also it wasn’t specified that it was $50 per car that stayed on lot. We thought it was $50 per condo and we didn’t find out until we got there and ended up pay $200. Other than that it was a great location and everything was like the pictures, we loved that we were beachfront and the pool was amazing. The pier was a 10 minute walk so it was nice to be close to good restaurants and lots of activity.”

“Very peaceful location to stay if visiting 30A. Loved being able to bike the neighborhood and surrounding cafes, shops, and pool. The tram is such a cool amenity.”
