“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the AC was not working. Several chairs were broken as well. The bedsprings in master room were broken and sunk in the middle of the bed”

“overall, the house was super cute and nice. But the cockroaches, the drainage in the bathrooms, the stains on the pool deck, and the cleanliness was something I was not expecting. also, the garage door barely works, and you have to do it manually as well with two of the three bed frames being messed up.”

“I booked this stay a month in advance and drove 7 hours to Florida. While on the way, the host said the previous guests trashed the place and delayed check-in to 5pm. This was frustrating since I paid for that day. I came around 6:30pm, but someone was still cleaning and trash was everywhere. Only one cleaner was working alone, and we waited outside until nearly 8pm. We couldn’t cancel because they refused a refund or discount the day. We got inside, there were still beer cans, glasses, and dishes left around. The cleaner was kind and doing her best, but the home should’ve been checked at 10am when previous guests checkout. Trash was also left in the driveway. They did offer a late checkout, which I appreciated. The house itself was nice overall, though the beds were very firm. Overall, it felt poorly managed. They could’ve refunded and cancel (to book elsewhere) instead of making us wait 2+ hours outside. The leftover trash also attracted animals, leaving debris around the property.”

“My stay at this Airbnb was unfortunately disappointing. Communication from the host was consistently poor, which made it unnecessarily stressful. The main bathroom tub was stopped up when we got there and did not get fixed until the night before we checked out! The only thing they offered us was a discounted extra night which we declined. Questions went unanswered for long periods, and important details were either unclear or not provided at all. One of the biggest issues was the Wi-Fi information—what was provided was incorrect, and I had to spend additional time trying to sort it out on my own. This was especially frustrating since reliable internet was important for my stay. We had to connect the tvs to our phone hotspots the entire stay! 😡 Overall, the lack of responsiveness and consideration significantly impacted my experience. I would not choose to stay here again and would recommend others confirm details carefully before booking.”

“The home itself is kept in pristine condition. The patio and pool are perfect to sit by in the morning with a nice cup of coffee. However, the primary bedroom’s bed frame was broken which left the bed sagging. Additionally, I felt the code to get into the home was extremely long which made getting into the home quickly less likely. I also wish they allowed you to park in the garage. While our stay was overall nice, the walls are incredibly thin and we could hear the guests in the adjacent townhouse partying with very loud music until around 3am.”
