“House owners are very strict as stated by previous reviews. First, Airbnb offers early check in when available. We were there an hour early and asked if we could check in early. We were told no even though there was nobody at the property and it turned out to be ready to go. They monitor the cameras often which I feel is a bit excessive. We had two children under the age of 2 which does not count against the head count in accordance with Airbnb policy as well as Palm Coast policy. We are now being charged $120 for having two 18 month old children with us. Overall the house is very nice and we had a great stay. However, I have stayed at many properties and never have I had issues like this. Just be aware if you have a similar situation to us.”

“Joy, is a joy. Her home was very beautiful. My grandchildren was wowed from the beginning to the end. There was even a prayer room that we took advantage of. Beds were (king) wonderful, pool area (a dream) I talked about it and showed pictures to all my family and friends. We would highly recommend and will return again. Thank you for the uses of your home and the unforgettable memories that you allowed me to share with my grandchildren.”

“Joy’s place was great! We especially loved the pool and the dock for fishing. The home was spacious with plenty of room for an active 2 year old! The house was very clean, and Joy was a very responsive host. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. We had a most comfortable stay.”
