“We stayed here from August 2025 to July 2026, and it was a wonderful home for me and my sons during that time. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, well-kept, and comfortable from the day we moved in. The lawn care was always handled, so the property stayed looking great without us having to worry about it. Anytime we needed something or had a maintenance request, the team was responsive and took care of it promptly. That kind of reliability made a real difference and gave us peace of mind. More than just a rAirBnB, this place truly felt like home while we were here. It was the right place for us at the right time, and we're grateful for the experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained home with a management team that actually cares and follows through. Thank you for everything during our stay!”

“This was a comfortable place for our family vacation. The house ended up being just right. The rooms are very spacious. The town is beautiful. Beach access ended up being 20-25 minutes away with the local traffic. The hosts are responsive and helpful, but we could tell it was a business. After booking I was informed there would be a refundable $250 charge as a damage waiver or I could spend $55 non-refundable to insure my stay for any damages. I would have preferred that be communicated in the listing. The house wasn’t really equipped for the amount of people and length of our stay - in the qty of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There weren’t hot pads in the kitchen or dish rags/towels. All in all we felt comfortable and knowing what we know would ho back to this property again. We are thankful for the days here and everyone made great memories.”

“JD is Amazing with communication. He assured that all was well. The tenants before us left a huge mess and destroyed this beautiful home. JD made sure we were accommodated for getting in late. Housekeeping cleaned to assure we were happy. Linen and towels were clean and those things that needed to be fixed were taken care of right away. We thank you JD!”

“The house was HUGE, prefect for a large family. It had everything we needed from plenty of toilet paper to extra towels to comfy furniture. The beach was a short 15 minute drive. My only recommendation to the host would be to add more than one tv to the unit. Highly recommend this listing!”
