“The condo was great! View beautiful. Couple items should be looked at. The shower head in the shared bathroom didn’t work well. The washer & dryer were very loud. Need to be replaced or repaired. Otherwise, super accommodations!”

“The place was beautiful, big enough to accommodate our family. The only issue we had was some of the amenities were not clear. We suggest putting a map of the area. We weren’t sure where the pool was and didn’t know we needed passes until I looked back at reviews. When I asked about pool passes, I was told it was sent to my email but they weren’t there. So we just stick to the room and beach.”

“The unit itself was very nice, private and had GREAT views of the pool and the Atlantic ocean. The main sliding glass door needs attention. My wife was unable to open and close the door each time we went out to the balcony. There was also a ceiling drywall repair in the living room that needs to be fixed as well. My biggest disappointment was being told in writing, after I specifically asked, that the unit was in Surf Club building 2 (which are newer units). Upon arrival we went to building 2 and the corresponding unit on the 4th floor, only to be told we were in the wrong building by the owner. I don't believe it was done intentionally, and they did offer me a slight credit off the rental fee, so they did provide a concession. Overall, the unit as described in the listing was accurate and the process to rent through DBR was very efficient and professional.”
