“We recently stayed at one of Riverside Real Estate properties and overall had a good experience. We did run into a few issues during our stay, but the team responded quickly and worked hard to resolve them. Their communication throughout the process was excellent—they were always courteous, responsive, and kept us updated. We especially appreciated how they handled our concerns and made sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. Once the issues were resolved, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay comfortably. Thank you to the Riverside Real Estate team for your professionalism and great customer service!”

“Loved our stay! The kids enjoyed the spacious pool and backyard and it was helpful to have beach chairs and an umbrella available for beach day. The host was very responsive and accommodating! Everything was clean, accessible and comfortable.”

“In Florida for a wedding in Jupiter. Location was a 15 minute drive. Close to the wedding, airport and other sites. We relaxed by the pool and hung out under the canopy throughout the day. Hit the mall and a few restaurants throughout the stay. All were nearby. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was as described and it appears to have been recently renovated. The back yard provided a lot of entertainment and despite a densely populated neighborhood the evenings were quiet. The house is in a great location as we were roughly 10 minutes from several beaches and only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants. Two big issues however: the hot tub never worked the entire time we were there. The property manager was responsive and tried to make it right but it seemed there was an issue with the electrical wiring and it was never resolved. Second, as other reviewers mentioned, the thermostat was pre-programmed to "eco mode" which defaulted to 82 during the day and 75 at night. You could turn it to your desired temperature but that only served as a 2-3 hour pause on the pre-programmed settings so you found you were constantly battling the settings throughout the evening and over night.”
