“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was as described and it appears to have been recently renovated. The back yard provided a lot of entertainment and despite a densely populated neighborhood the evenings were quiet. The house is in a great location as we were roughly 10 minutes from several beaches and only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants. Two big issues however: the hot tub never worked the entire time we were there. The property manager was responsive and tried to make it right but it seemed there was an issue with the electrical wiring and it was never resolved. Second, as other reviewers mentioned, the thermostat was pre-programmed to "eco mode" which defaulted to 82 during the day and 75 at night. You could turn it to your desired temperature but that only served as a 2-3 hour pause on the pre-programmed settings so you found you were constantly battling the settings throughout the evening and over night.”

“We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. The host was communicative, accommodating, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself was well stocked, comfortable, and perfect for our girls’ weekend. We especially loved the outdoor space and all of the thoughtful details throughout the home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”
