“Loved the house. Loved how close it was to the beach. Great area! Only complaint would be the stairs in the house. Narrow treads and incline a little much. Overall great place!”

“We had a nice stay at Long Time No Sea. The location with close proximity to the beach and Seaside was onl great. Unfortunately, there was construction on the house next door which woke us up early with hammering and loud tools every morning except Sunday. Had this been disclosed, I would’ve chosen a different place to stay. Additionally, the photos of the house are a bit deceptive. The house is not light, bright, and airy as it appears. It is actually quite dark and the furniture and rugs were filthy. Far beyond what a cleaning crew should be expected to clean since they seem old. Also, the ice maker had mold growing in it, so that was a bummer. Last the check in instructions weren’t great and we had to wait to get in the house. Despite all of this we still had a great stay because the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The pool was the best feature by far. This home could be incredible but it needs updating, floors redone, and full kitchen remodel.”

“Had an amazing stay!! Can’t beat this location. It’s located right beside the boardwalk, and the beach feels private because not many people use that boardwalk. Inside was decorated cute and very clean. We had 6 girls there for a bachelorette trip, and we loved it! Our only negative was that we didn’t have tons of floor space for bags, but we made it work! Would highly recommend staying here!”

“I had never been to Rosemary Beach. This place is beautiful. And the appartment is right in the heart of it: On one side the large pool and beach and on the other side many restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes walking distance. The appartment itself was exactly as described. Large living room with balcony with pool and ocean view, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dinner table. Everything was clean and all appliances worked. There are pickleball and tennis courts on the compound. The place was also super quiet; I never heard noise from a neighbor. I can strongly recommend this place!”
