“The home looked presentable at first, but several dishes, placemats, and bathroom areas were not properly clean. The white sheets had small visible stains, the blankets were heavily worn, and all four beds had uncomfortable mattresses that made loud noises whenever we turned. The upstairs TVs were not smart TVs, and we were unable to use them. I shared my concerns privately, but the host’s communication felt passive-aggressive, defensive, and dismissive. He focused heavily on why the issues were not reported immediately so he could “resolve” them. However, several concerns, including the worn bedding, uncomfortable mattresses, and unusable upstairs TVs, were not realistic quick fixes. We were also on vacation and spent most of our time out, not coordinating cleaners or maintenance visits. Unfortunately, based on the cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and communication, I would not stay here again.”

“Location was perfect for Universal then Disney! Even had a day where we went back to take a nap before closing out the park for the night! Property is clean and has plenty of outlets. Decor is warm and inviting. Great space for family bonding after long days in the park!”
