“Home is exactly as pictured, clean and well decorated. The pool at the house was used every day, in addition to going to the club house which was in easy walking distance (even with 2 year olds). There is a small slide we visited as well. The bigger club house has a splash pad and water slides. Great place to stay with lots to do with young kids both in Storey Lake and outside.”

“Host can do a better job at the kitchen utensils they all where old and in bad condition, a lot of stuff needs to be upgraded inside the house.”

“The property is well located, and the photos accurately match the listing. Overall, we had a good stay, but the place could use some maintenance. The dishwasher was loose, and the shower in the bathroom by the room with the two twin beds did not drain properly. Also, keep in mind that access to the pool and gym costs $100 per day, which is an important additional expense to consider. Other than that, everything else was as expected.”

“The home looked presentable at first, but several dishes, placemats, and bathroom areas were not properly clean. The white sheets had small visible stains, the blankets were heavily worn, and all four beds had uncomfortable mattresses that made loud noises whenever we turned. The upstairs TVs were not smart TVs, and we were unable to use them. I shared my concerns privately, but the host’s communication felt passive-aggressive, defensive, and dismissive. He focused heavily on why the issues were not reported immediately so he could “resolve” them. However, several concerns, including the worn bedding, uncomfortable mattresses, and unusable upstairs TVs, were not realistic quick fixes. We were also on vacation and spent most of our time out, not coordinating cleaners or maintenance visits. Unfortunately, based on the cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and communication, I would not stay here again.”

“The house was very nice and matched the photos. However, it could use some updating when it comes to the furniture downstairs. Some other minor issues was the master bathroom sink not draining. Two of the other bathrooms had broken towel racks that were probably poorly put together by last guest. My only other issue would be needing more cooking ware. Other than that, the house was very clean. Matched the photos and peaceful. I would recommend and stay again.”

“The place needs to upgrade the pots and pans in the kitchen and ensure the kitchen utensils are cleaned properly before guess arrive. The bathroom either needs to be cleaned due to the mold around the shower doors or needs to be upgraded. The sink in the master bathroom needs to be unclogged as it fills up with water and takes time to go down. The dinner table had sugar ants around the dish that was laid out on the table.”

“We didn’t not have tv downstairs at all for 4/5 nights that we stayed. We checked in on Tuesday and Eduardo arrived on Saturday to check/ repair his router. So there was no tv to watch downstairs. Makeup was on the walls in the restroom and the blind at the sliding glass door was missing. The sofa cushions did not fit correctly and there was a gap when you sat on the sofa. There were noticeable stains on the carpet upon arrival. And there was no dust pan to pick up any trash.”
