“Great place to stay”

“We loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated with lots of little conveniences, like labeled light switches, remote controlled lamps/ceiling fans, phone chargers, motion-activated trash cans, manuals for all the appliances and our favorite - craft sphere ice in the freezer. It was pretty hot during our stay, so unfortunately we didn't get to take advantage of the really great wrap-around porch, but the Terraces pool was a short walk away and never very crowded. The location was across the street from Publix, a number of chain restaurants and a short drive to all our favorite spots in Disney (~20 mins door to parking lot). We travel down to Florida many times a year and can't wait to stay again!”

“Our stay was amazing. As soon as we arrived we felt extremely special when walking in and saw a personal addresses letter providing details about our amenities and all other great to know information. The home was just as it was pictured, which makes it nice. Everything was clean, smelled good and in great working order. The home was well stocked with towels (even some extras in the closets) extra blankets and lots of cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils… it had it all. We had one small issue the first evening but they were extremely quick to respond with an immediate resolution…. I would recommend this condo… don’t miss out… oh and the wrap around balcony was a nice feature as well!!”

“O apartamento é otimo, é 5 estrelas. Porem o anfitrião é pessimo e merece o 0, criou dificuldades no check in, demorava para responder as perguntas precisei abrir chamado no airbnb e quando respondia era confuso ou impreciso. Anunciou que teríamos acesso gratuito à todas as piscinas públicas do condomínio, fato este que nos levou a escolher tal propriedade, porém ao fazer o check in o mesmo disse que não teríamos acesso. Após abrir novo chamado na plataforma o anfitrião entrou em contato no dia seguinte avisando que teríamos o acesso, porém deveríamos ir ao escritório dele para retirar o cartão de acesso bem como pagar uma taxa. O airbnb nos reembolsou uma parte, pois deixamos de usufruir as piscinas por dificuldes apresentas pelo anfitriao bem como o anúncio não condizia com a realidade. Definitivamente não recomendo esse anfitrião por total descaso com os ocupantes.”
