“Overall the place was nice, clean and as pictured. Only issue was coming in through the security gate. Two of the guest had problems entering because their names were not added. The line to enter the community can be long at times .”

“The picture of the pool has been stretched. The pool isn’t as bi as it seems . I also didn’t like the false hope of a big basketball goal when the goal is really small . Also the connect 4 game was broken and reported but never fixed .”

“Friday night couldn’t sleep because of the alarm going off thinking the sliding door was open and it was not had to wake up almost every 20-30 minutes to touch a button to reset while also waking up the babies and kids”

“Was a lot of money for a house that expensive and broken heater or they didn’t turn on not sure. Fire alarms were beeping throughout the entire stay and kept waking us up. Very bad communication. No parking instructions I got towed”

“Hi i rented this house and the host took very long to answer and once i was there stopped answering completly this house came with many issues that i had conseques to deal with it was not fair i had the ceiling leaking on first floor leeking by washing machine upstairs my oven was broken and would literally lock everytime it heats up the fridge was no good had to wait few days to replace the sink was not working properly i came with my family i just wanted to enjoy my time and i couldnt the host did not answer to any of my emails and i had to call the main number and be on hold for very long time... very disapointed”

“The back of this house is a highway and it’s very noisy. Too noisy for us. Otherwise it was fine.”

“The interior of the home was nice and spacious but there were issues with the location and timing. The house backs up to an insanely busy highway intersection so there are sirens and revving of engines all day and night. The time of year was spring break/easter and the neighborhood is overrun with kids driving rental golf carts with no enforcement. Meaning, you have 10 year olds driving full speed through stop signs and in the in the middle of the road. Need to pay attention at all times and took away from the relaxation of the stay.”

“Waited more the a hour to get in because the door code wasn’t received, if it wasn’t for the security guard I would’ve been able to get in. I called 5 times in the next two days and didn’t get the door code I wasn’t able to contact the host ever. In the next 2 days Jeeves sent me a code and never was able to open the door with code. The cover of the outside door is missing an electrical outlet is hanging out in the play room the pool screen is broken behind the jacuzzi, the jets of the jacuzzi only work around 30 min. And on the second day I called and paid $141.00 to activate the heater of the pool and it didn’t heat until the fourth day and the freezer didn’t make ice at all. It haves potential but needs work. It wasn’t worth what I paid for what I received.”

“The stay was good my only 2 complaints would be communication wasn’t the easiest and the pool heater didn’t seem like it was working which I paid extra for other than that everything else was great”

“The beds were covered in hair, one bed even had a stench of urine. Some of the bathrooms were dirty. Absolutely gross”
