“The house itself was large and spacious, with clean rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. It’s located in a beautiful gated community that appeared to offer plenty of amenities. Our two biggest complaints were the strong musty smell throughout the house and the unreasonable air-conditioning policy. There was a sign posted on the thermostat stating that guests were not permitted to lower the temperature below 72°F and would be held financially responsible for repairs if the AC unit froze as a result. I found this policy completely unacceptable, and made our stay unnecessarily hot and uncomfortable. Another downside was the location. While the property is conveniently located near Disney, most other attractions, restaurants, and activities were approximately 30–40 minutes away. The host was initially very communicative, which we appreciated. However, when I brought up our concerns about the musty smell and the AC temperature restriction, I received absolutely no response.”

“House was nice and pool was great. We had a issue with the AC though which really made our stay much less enjoyable. The rooms where super hot at night which made it difficult to sleep for some reason the AC does not blow well in the bedrooms. I would also recommend them installing a new handle for the back sliding door which was hard to open every time. Otherwise like I said the home itself was nice.”

“Beautiful home. Kitchen well equipped with what we needed. Loved having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. We had plenty of space to spread out and socialize with each other. Rental included a starter roll of TP in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels so that f you have high-usage users traveling with you, bring extra. The house has two coffee pots to ensure you're fueled up and ready to go. One is basket style, the other has a cone filter. This house was perfect for the ten members of our family to enjoy time together after spending the day in the parks. Would definitely stay here againn”

“The picture of the pool has been stretched. The pool isn’t as bi as it seems . I also didn’t like the false hope of a big basketball goal when the goal is really small . Also the connect 4 game was broken and reported but never fixed .”

“Was a lot of money for a house that expensive and broken heater or they didn’t turn on not sure. Fire alarms were beeping throughout the entire stay and kept waking us up. Very bad communication. No parking instructions I got towed”

“Waited more the a hour to get in because the door code wasn’t received, if it wasn’t for the security guard I would’ve been able to get in. I called 5 times in the next two days and didn’t get the door code I wasn’t able to contact the host ever. In the next 2 days Jeeves sent me a code and never was able to open the door with code. The cover of the outside door is missing an electrical outlet is hanging out in the play room the pool screen is broken behind the jacuzzi, the jets of the jacuzzi only work around 30 min. And on the second day I called and paid $141.00 to activate the heater of the pool and it didn’t heat until the fourth day and the freezer didn’t make ice at all. It haves potential but needs work. It wasn’t worth what I paid for what I received.”

“The stay was good my only 2 complaints would be communication wasn’t the easiest and the pool heater didn’t seem like it was working which I paid extra for other than that everything else was great”

“The beds were covered in hair, one bed even had a stench of urine. Some of the bathrooms were dirty. Absolutely gross”
