“We had 6 adults stay here while in town for a family funeral. Everything was just as pictured and having a new washer / dryer in the unit was great. The beach day was the highlight of our trip. We did not use the kitchen on this trip to Ormond, but it looked well stocked. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo was very spacious and clean. Plenty of sleeping space with 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils and storage bowls if doing your own cooking. The washer and dryer in unit were a plus if you needed to do any laundry. The beach wasn’t over crowded, which we like. There was a lifeguard not far away for those that prefer the added safety measure while on the beach. We liked that the location wasn’t far from restaurants, retail shopping and other day excursions.”

“The condo is in a beautiful location, with the pool and beach just steps from the back door. However, I would recommend that future guests be aware that the property may be better suited for couples or guests looking for a quieter, more residential environment than for families with children. During our stay, there were fairly strict expectations from some of the full-time residents regarding guests being fully dressed and wearing shoes when passing through the lobby and common areas. I want to clarify that my children and I were wearing appropriate, family-friendly swimwear—not bikinis or thongs—and were respectful of the shared spaces. Because the pool and beach are so close to the condo, we occasionally found it inconvenient to have to change into full clothing and shoes just to walk through the lobby. Even using towels as cover-ups was not always viewed as sufficient. Overall, the location is lovely, but I think it would be helpful for families to know about these expectations”
