“This is a wonderful condo that is beautifully decorated and located right on the No Drive section of the beach. The condo/complex is well maintained and quiet. Since I traveled with my children and grandchildren we loved having the convenience of being on the ground floor to go out to the pool and a grassy area to play outside. The 2nd bedroom with the larger bed and bunk beds was great to accommodate our family. We will be back!”

“Beautiful, cozy space.... was great for our family of four and a visit from friends. We enjoyed dinner on Flagler Avenue and highly recommend Third Wave. The kitchen is well stocked with decent pots and pans. Plenty of towels (and beach towels) are provided.”

“Beautiful condo right on an undriveable part of the beach, which was perfect for us. Welcome bag was a nice added touch and included the basics. There was also hand soap at the sinks which lasted the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the thermostat in the condo and the responsiveness of the staff.. The thermostat was scheduled to only cool to 82 degrees overnight. While we were able to override it every night after 10pm, for the price that we paid, this is a problem that should have been fixable in short order. Instead, despite contacting someone about it on day 2 (and multiple times on subsequent days), we had to put up with it for the entirety of our 13 night stay. We also killed at least 4 or 5 cockroaches during our stay, including one in a kitchen cabinet. Guess we had higher expectations for the overall experience based upon prior reviews.”

“We really did have a fantastic time in Ormond Beach. I would just note 2 downsides. First, the place seemed a bit musty, probably because they’re adamant that you not keep any doors or windows open at any time. Second, this is the first Airbnb that I have ever gone to that required a 10 AM departure, instead of 11 AM. When they require you to wash and dry the towels before you leave, that can put a stretch on the departure time. Outside of that, the place was great. Two king bedrooms would allow a nice getaway for two couples. The corner location is very favorable, and the balcony was where we spent much of our time. I do recommend this property. Just keep in mind the two negatives that I mentioned.”

“What caught my attention was that it said NEW GROUND FLOOR WITH HEATED POOL. The pool was NOT heated. Someone who has three little children was looking for a place with a pool and heated has the temp in Florida was low 70’s. Which is also why I booked this last min. I asked the rep at the Florida Vacay why the pool wasn’t heated as advertised he said because it’s spring the pool is only heated in the winter. So how is that not misleading? I would never have booked it there. Or paid that much for that knowing my kids would be freezing in the pool and would ask to go into the pool. I would not use them again unless I get some kind of partial refund to make it right.”
