“There are not two bathrooms like the listing says. There is one. Check in and check out were more difficult than initially thought. We had to drive to a different location to get key fob in order to check in and to checkout. It was a bit inconvenient and was only told to us the day we drove down. It says you need a parking pass in the check in instructions, but there was not one in the room. I tried reaching out to regular and emergency line and got no answer for hours. We were scared we would get towed on vacation. There were no instructions about parking in the garage which is what you’re supposed to do. Our whole stay was unorganized. Overall details and instructions on the listing were confusing. It was nice being on the beach though.”
