“Craig’s place was as described, everything was close by and the place was comfortable. It had all we needed. Description said only a couple of garbage bags and no dish soap, but they had plenty of bags dish soap and sponge. Pool alarm was tricky but they gave us additional instructions. Thank you! It all worked out.”

“Craig was on it. Prior to arriving and during our stay he responded promptly and was always courteous and helpful. Instructions were posted at locations in the house which was a great help dealing with the alarm system, our stay, and preparing to leave. (Saved guessing or making phone calls). The house was very clean and peaceful. It was very spacious and the pool was a great plus. The house is located within minutes to a Publix, neighborhood Walmart, gas station and other businesses. Also quick access to 417 toll road which made it easy to get to and from attractions and other locations. We would stay here again.”

“We had a great stay at this house in Orlando! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, including parks, restaurants, and stores. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group. The pool was a huge plus and made the stay even better. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall, our stay was nice. Appliances could be updated but the house worked for what we needed. Biggest thing I would say for future guests is to make sure you read the fine print. I didn’t realize this place has a minimum night stay or they cancel your whole stay. There’s also a damage deposit they put on hold that they apparently will ask for that’s outside of the Airbnb app. I got busy & forgot to respond. When I remembered, not even 24 hours later and still over 2 days away from arrival, another message had been sent bright and early. You have to give people a second! Like I said, probably my fault for not reading the fine print. But don’t pester people because it can seem like a scam when you do that. Thanks for sharing your home.”
