“Nice stay for a large family.”

“My comment is for management company that handles the properties. The house is very big, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfy, the space is very nice. Now for the management company, they should find a way to regulate parties at night, every time we have stayed here, there have been parties going on, we know is Orlando, people vacation and they put music by the pool, but the loud music doesn't stop until 4am in the morning, the last time one of my family members had to go to the gate to tell one of the security guards to talk to the renters because we couldn't sleep even with white noise to try to mitigate the music. These houses are close to one another, if you have loud music at 2am people are going to hear it. I think the management company should patrol after midnight and try to control the loud music from being too much. Even when you rent on the rules it says "no parties", and we all like music, we like to have a good time, but we have to be considerate.”

“Stay was ok, batteries were missing on tv controllers, stove knob missing, pop-shot balls were deflated, air hockey table equipment was in bad shape and so was the foosball table (loose legs) wifi incorrect on first day, had to wait for host to reply a few days after check-in The 3rd party communication was horrible, and Edy would take a while to reply; would have preferred direct communication with Edy. Amenities at the resort were great though. Clean place when we arrived. Close to one of the pools which was great. (3 minute walk)”
