“Absolutely horrible. The place needs major tlc. We had to move after the first night . There was racing up and down the street , house wasn’t cleaned properly, dirty sheets and floors and not as pictured.”airbnb

“I have stayed at several air bnb and have never had this experience. When I go on vacation, I expect to be on vacay mode, but the first thing we did was sanitize the house. Upon arrival it was very obvious the house needed A LOT of maintenance! The wall paper was peeling from multiple spots in the master, the handles in most of the bathrooms were falling off the wall, the showers had visible mold/dirt marks, the microwave handle had been glued on, the rug was stained beyond saving, the chairs were all torn up, washer and dryer didn’t work and were rusted, the George Forman was broke, we found an old chewed up pacifier, the closet doors were broke, the sink drain holder was broke and molded. These were all things we kept finding throughout the stay. I messaged him and he said he would send someone but it was all things that should’ve been taken care of before our arrival and we cleaned the night we got there. After reading other reviews it doesn’t seems like others have the same issues”airbnb

“The home looked beautiful at a glance. The downstairs sectional was broken to the point that one of my kids almost hurt themselves. There were ants upstairs that bit my niece. The downstairs room and bathroom lost power in the middle of the night. I’m having to go through my bank for a partial refund as the owner refused to do so.”airbnb

“The home was not what expected. Home had worn damaged furniture. They home was dirty and had a smell and lot of the things was broken upon entering the home. Did communicate those things and with them host. Assured I wouldn’t be charged but the fact that they will put someone in the home with the look of the furniture was crazy, and remotes for tv barely works. The home as a whole needs to be completely replaced with dishes, furniture, and new cleaners because the one they have clearly do not care. I did let them know about the smell but no one tried to come check the smell or send anything to help with the smell. This was not the original home we picked from the host I was moved to this home after being told the home was down for maintenance which I don’t feel as if it was. This was the worst house I ever stayed in. I think this home need to be updated before but it up for the next person.”airbnb

“This was the worst Airbnb experience we EVER had. I NEVER gave a negative review. We stayed at many Airbnbs over the years our experiences were great! This stay was so unacceptable we feel obligated to warn future guests! The property was filthy, poorly maintained, & the management company was unprofessional & did not resolve issues during the stay! Issues: -paid extra for a heated pool, the pool was NOT warm till the last day -jacuzzi was broken and unusable -pool was the MAIN reason we booked this house, & we paid EXTRA for services never provided! -Washing machine was broken, white debris all over our clothing after washes -house was FILTHY when we arrived! I have photos to prove everything. The cleanliness = non existent. Every single floor was dirty. There was hair, crumbs, and dirt throughout the home. They sent the “cleaner” to come clean and understood immediately why the house was dirty, she was SWEEPING WITH A DIRTY MOP!!! It was still dirty. We paid a PRIVATE cleaner.”airbnb

“I kept getting repeated messages about check out instructions. I asked about the tv not working and was told to send a video but still no help to fix the issue. Also, there was a leak over the sofas, and I was told someone would come look but no one ever came. The number given for the owner was a foreign lady and she was no help at all. Everything else was ok, just needs to fix those issues because before my stay you can tell it was not fixed the tv was in spanish.”airbnb

“I don’t see it many Airbnb‘s but this one tops list for poor quality. The couches, both upstairs and downstairs were covered in stains, when I brought them to Edy’s attention he said it was “wear and tear” which was definitely not the case. The mattresses were dirty. The pillows were covered in stains. It was just a horrible experience overall to the point that we left early.”airbnb

“I've been disputinhg a refund with the host because if the dirty carpet, dust on couch, small pool and no privacy from the pool. he refuses to give me a full refund. I even contacted Airbnb support and he refuses to give me my full refund back. he offered to partial refund and I declined it. because of his lock of communication and unprofessionalism. therefore, I'm requesting a full refund to be given to me.”airbnb
