“Great location right by the trash shoot and elevator. Right in the beach older kids jumped back and forth from beach and pool. If you’re in the unit you can keep a good eye on the pool down stairs. Communicated very quick and easy. Will stay again”

“We enjoyed our stay at the condo, the layout, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness, etc. Being right on the beach, with a view of the ocean, was both so convenient and really peaceful. The condo had everything that we needed and accommodated us very well. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Emerald water, beautiful location, very close to gas stations, and plenty of restaurants and fun activities close by. The condo was incredibly clean! Some things to note for future guests- the bedroom is located beside the walkway and elevators, so there can be noticeable noise from foot traffic and people passing by and the window in the bedroom faces the walkway as well. The noise wasn’t loud enough to disturb us , but the noise levels may be louder during busy season. There’s a fan in the closet and that was a plus! The mattress in the bedroom is very hard which caused issues for my husband who has severe back pain. The condo is located over a bridge and there is a heavy amount of construction going on so the traffic can get pretty backed up during rush hours. The weather was terrible our entire 3 day stay so we didn’t get to explore the area like we wanted, but overall we had a nice time and would like to come back!”

“We had a great stay! Found this rental last minute as we were wanting to extend our stay in the area. Glad we found it! Pic and description matched and management was great. Had a couple small issues with the keyless entry, nothing a quick call to get a resolution. Property was quiet. April is a great time of year to visit. Weather was great and the beaches were not crowded. Management was very good at for this listing. Would stay again.”
