“Unfortunately, my stay at this property was not the best experience. The accommodation does not accurately reflect what is shown or described in the listing. The only things I would truly highlight positively are the excellent location and the beautiful view. On the second day of my stay, at around 12:00 a.m., I had to leave the property due to a serious cockroach infestation whit my 3 month old baby. Additionally, I believe the overall level of cleanliness and hygiene needs significant improvement, and the beds could also use replacement. Overall, I would rate my experience 2/10, mainly because of the location and the view. Unfortunately, due to the conditions I encountered, I did not have a satisfactory stay. Not safe for kids”

“Hosts were kind enough to let us check in early and the complex and pool area are great. The unit itself needs some attention - one side stayed hot and humid all week even with fans running and doors open, it wasn't as clean as expected, and basics like dish soap and laundry detergent were missing.”

“Truly, a diamond in the rough !! was a private resort gated with High security friendly staff. The rental was absolutely gorgeous. Super clean would highly recommend not in a very good neighborhood after 3 PM but constant patrol made you feel better. Clear instructions if ever decide to go back to Daytona Beach this is where I will stay”
