Manager Review

Ocean Walk Life

Ocean Walk Life's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Truly, a diamond in the rough !! was a private resort gated with High security friendly staff. The rental was absolutely gorgeous. Super clean would highly recommend not in a very good neighborhood after 3 PM but constant patrol made you feel better. Clear instructions if ever decide to go back to Daytona Beach this is where I will stay

I had an amazing stay at this resort. Everything was beautiful — the grounds, the room, the pool, the views. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peace. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Stayed at this Airbnb with my family for a festival at the International Speedway. Love the location and all the amenities. Within walking distance to a couple breakfast spots, very convenient. Sat by the pool and enjoyed the sun. There was a DJ and a bar by the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

Easy stay. The place had everything we needed. Had an issue with the AC and the host fix it promptly, and was just very responsive in general.

There is a lot to say here and it only allows me so many words. I can't fit everything I want to say here. I will start in the bed room and work out. beds are fine. fans are dusty, closet track is rusted. there are 2 safes in closet, neither work. Dresser is old and scratched and cheap. lamp USB didn't work.Bath- no stopper in sink, you drop something and it's gone. Walls are in VERY bad shape. drywall damage next to tub. Marks everywhere, the baseboards need replaced. the have about 5 coats of paint and need another. gaps because no caulking. Look really bad all through the condo. Old Metal bracket on wall for nothing. paint on door handle, dust all over vent fan. Mirror has delamination on sides. Kitchen- refrig. is tilted, appliances are cheap and old and need replaced. couches are the worst part. they are worn out,no support, and visually dirty. had to use sheets before sitting on them. This is like being at a motel 6 on the beach. the owner needs to make many repairs and upgrade

Enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Not super busy at time of stay. 4 elevators allowed fast movement and not wasting time like some over crowded hotels. Security made everything feel safe and not trashy as other places. Everything was clean, and matched the description. Only complaint was that amenities such as pack and play and beach chairs were an additional draw to the place. But after booking I learned they were “add ons”. They cost an additional $100+ which felt a little misleading. This should be clear and explained in the description of the place BEFORE booking. As someone who has a kid an additional $100 is not cheap when you believed it to be included.

We booked this Daytona Beach condo based on its “luxury” label and premium price of $3,500 for 5 nights. We expected a clean, safe, and well-maintained unit. What we experienced was the opposite: multiple safety hazards, poor maintenance, and a neglected property that felt nothing like luxury. The biggest problems were the safety risks. There are 2-inch-high thresholds between rooms that are unmarked and difficult to see. Almost everyone in our group tripped over them. Two people fell to the ground, and I personally tripped, badly injuring my toe. It turned black and blue almost immediately, and I may need an X-ray. These hazards are dangerous and completely unacceptable in any rental, especially one advertised as luxury. The shower situation was even more alarming. The sliding glass door was old and poorly maintained. After showering, I couldn’t open the door and was trapped inside for about 30 minutes. When I tried to pry it open, the entire glass door came off the track and fell in!

Great location with ample room, but in need of renovation and repairs! 1. Dryer tore my daughter’s cheer shirt. 2. Walls were dirty with ‘sweat’ stains on almost all the walls. 3. The master bed was horribly uncomfortable with disgusting mattress cover on it with stained vomit. 4. 2 ceiling fans weren’t working properly and fan in the closet didn’t even have a power cord for plugging in to use. 5. Bathroom cabinet doors were falling off. 6. Floors needed to be swept. Found empty bottles under furniture. 7. Mold in the showers 8. Most of the sockets didn’t have covers on them or outlets didn’t hold items that were plugged in. 9. Balcony door had an air leak which kept the condo humid. Definitely disappointed for what we paid!
