“We were extremely disappointed. The listing photos did not live up to what the house looked like. The actual condition of the home is much more weathered and neglected than what is shown online. The home is very rundown. There were cockroaches and had to spray every day which we bought the spray ourselves. It made us very uncomfortable to stay there. The light fixture in unit two went out. Maintenance did come and replace it two days later which I thought should’ve been done earlier. The air conditioning in the main house went out Friday morning. It was fixed but not until Saturday night at 9 o’clock at night. The pool was nice, but the backyard needed repairs and the grills were dirty. The kitchen sink still had food in the drains. This property should not be rented out until significant repairs and professional pest control are addressed.”

“I was appalled when I arrived at this house. The front door was left open, it just unlocked but open. As soon as I walked in, the smell of rotting sewer/mold hit me like a ton of bricks. The back sliding door was also left open (maybe they were trying to air out the stench. The door for the AC was obviously warped and rotten in certain places, the floors also in terrible condition. The back sliding door was broken and the glass looked like it hadn’t been wiped properly in a long time. The pool had a subtle green color with rust stains everywhere. Patio furniture was full of water and leaves (even though it hadn’t rained that day). The dining room table chairs were destroyed, I’m certain that I could have found better ones in the garbage. I was shocked that the reviews did not reflect this! Its important that these issues are disclosed. I was in Broward for my daughters wedding and could not wait around and luckily was able to book another house nearby.”

“The place was nice I think because of the pool and rain it smelled a bit damp inside other wise it was cosey thanks!”

“The neighborhood was really nice and convenient to restaurants, shopping, a gym and major roads. This unit is one of several in a house and is located around the back on the right side, which was a little confusing to navigate at night. Also, it's a little hazardous with luggage and narrow walkway (partially blocked with a partition) and rotting wood on the right side. The lock with the code is on the door itself, not the lockbox located to the left of the door. The bed is comfortable and the wifi is excellent. But the place needs maintenance - it's decorated cheaply so things like doors and door handles are loose (bathroom door doesn't shut properly). Couldn't get the heat to work during the cold snap. But we appreciated being able to do laundry easily and soap was provided. The 10 am checkout normally would be a deal breaker for us but we had an early flight to catch so it worked out this time.”
