“Nicholette was quick to respond. We had a water problem and they had a repairman there within a matter of hours. At the end of our stay we addressed some of our concerns and they were quick to respond that they would address the problems. They provided a fan in the one bedroom but it was still very warm even though the rest of the house was cool. They do watch the cameras by the pool. While we were in the pool we received a message about cleaning up cans around the pool even though we were still enjoying the pool at the time and the cans were contained in a box.”
