“The location is really conveniently located and a close drive to the Disney Parks. It did provide the bare minimum when it comes to toiletries, towels and toilet paper. Walmart is a close drive tho. I do wish there were kitchen towels and pot holders. The furniture downstairs needs some updated. The leather on the bar stools was peeling off. Overall, it worked for our family’s vacation when visiting Disneyworld and our kids enjoyed the pool in the backyard.”

“The house is extremely beautiful. It needs to be really taken care of. Leaks were found and the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms did not work properly. On the bright side, the locks were replaced. Patio furniture was extremely dirty and the pots and pans were not clean at all. The handle to the sink was broken. The lights in one of the rooms did not work. Also found an envelope attached to the door about the mortgage payment. The house needs TLC, it has great potential.”

“This home is extremely spacious. We had a group of 15 people (5 adults & 10 kids) & this home provided plenty of space. Themed rooms were great for the kids & they spent a lot of time in the game room (however the shuffle board was missing the sand), pool, & theater. I saw a few reviews where people complained about parking, but the listing is clear there are 3 spaces & you cannot park on the street/grass. We had 3 large SUVs which was a tight fit, but we were able to park them all fine. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was a very nice bonus for a big group on a long trip. There is wear & tear in the home. The theater seats have tears, & sheets on some beds were ripped & there was no extra bedding anywhere. One of the showers we could not get the hot water to work (I didn't put in a maintenance request because there were plenty of other showers to use). And when we checked in a couple of bathrooms still had trash cans full of trash. Could use some updates but overall was a nice stay”

“My son had a great time in Florida and his birthday was still a success. The house itself is beautiful, very spacious, and having 10 bedrooms was a plus. There were just a few things that could be improved. We noticed a broken towel rack, cracked glass, and weak/dead batteries in some of the remotes. The pool area only had a ball and no kid-friendly pool safety items, which would’ve been helpful with a 4-year-old. The kitchen could also use more cooking utensils for families preparing full meals. When we arrived, there were a few dead water bugs and I ended up doing some additional cleaning myself. We planned to use the grill, but it wasn’t clean and the propane/grill area was getting wet, so we cooked inside instead. We made sure to clean up before checking out and took care of the home during our stay. With better cleaning and maintenance, this property has a lot of potential. Overall, I’d give it a 6.5–7/10.”

“Pictures make the place better than it seems. But the real issue was an intense German roach infestation. 1/10 wouldn't recommend. Last thing you want is to unpack and get your kids situated just to realize you're swimming in roaches and have to bounce immediately. We literally checked in and less than a few hours later already booked a new place and left. They refused to give us any money back (not even the pool heat) and we had to have this huge annoying back and forth with Airbnb until we finally got compensated a week and a half later. Not the ideal experience for a vacation.”
