“Place was perfectly located, for my dog was very convenient, poll was very clean an warm. Grill can be much expensive, then existing. Everything else good.Recommend this house for long term too.”

“Overall the place itself was as expected and we did enjoy the stay, but there were a few issues that need to be noted. The main shower was not usable for the first part of our stay due to a broken connection. It was eventually fixed, but it impacted multiple days. More importantly, we had people accessing the property without proper notice. A technician entered to fix the shower and a pool cleaner showed up while we were there, both without any heads up, even after we had clearly asked to be notified in advance. That part was frustrating. Communication improved once Airbnb got involved, but this should have been handled properly from the start. If the access and communication were tighter, this would have been a much smoother experience.”

“Nice place , heated pool, far from shops and restaurants , need car to get around, love it , only thing bring your pillows not confi, plus kitchen knives have to be changed some rusted , but over all very nice place”

“Upon entering the neighborhood it was pretty obviously not a nice area of North Port. Being uneasy we checked crimegrade and several other reputable crime ranking sites and found that the neighborhood is rated D for crime rate (A-F, so 2nd worst rating). We attempted to cancel as there was no way to know this when booking, and the host obviously doesn't include that info in their listing. Neither airbnb nor the host was willing to cancel the booking. The property was nicely renovated, fresh and clean, but safety is #1. We relocated to a hotel a few miles away. As is often the case the host and airbnb gave us the runaround and said the other party was responsible for any refund, so no money back. Upon researching we found that the owners had bought it a few years prior and done a renovation. They then tried to rent it out long-term with no success and therefore went the airbnb route. It is easy to figure out why, noone wanted to pay high rent in a bad neighborhood.”
