“The house is very large and spacious, which was great. However, some of the furniture, tables, and bathrooms were damaged and poorly maintained. The overall cleanliness of the house was also disappointing, as it did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The property has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.”

“The house wasn't as clean as supposed to be for such a house. I found a bloody linens that I slept in which was under the covers and got so grossed out and it took a week of arguing for them to change it. This house i took because of the suite on the first floor and didnt get to use it 8 out of the 12 days I paid. No compesation no sending a team to change it until day 9 and with argument only. On top of it all I got a bill of $475 for missing towels and linens. Why the heck would I need your towels , especially i still bring my own because its never enough. The lies to try to steal from me another $500 is unforgiving. And making me sleep in a bed that looks like someone gave birth is disgusting.”

“Nice stay in a convenient location. The space is large in a very secure neighborhood with great amenities such as lazy river and pool as well as clubhouse. The host was very responsive in communicative throughout the stay. Feeling of the house was not too over the top and was nice. Towels and everything we need it in the kitchen where available. The host charges extra for arriving before 4:00 which I don't think is too helpful especially if no one was staying at the property the night before. The property could use some upkeep the outdoor area had the ceiling screens damaged and hanging. The spa had missing tiles, and did not work properly. It also is an extra fee to have the heater for the spa turned on. Our family notice some dust and dirt and hair throughout the property. It could have just used the better thorough cleaning. Overall it was a nice stay but would rate it 3 stars due to maintenance, cleaning and a bit of nickel and diming by the host.”

“Good place to stay but did have a ant problem if you left anything sweet for longer than 30 mins it would be crawling with ants”
