Next Level Host's guest rating of 4.42 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This Airbnb wasn't worth the price I paid. I would never use this Airbnb again. There was know privacy you can see straight through the front door”airbnb

“I really wanted to like the place but it was very dirty and run down. The carpets were super dirty and stained and seemed as though they were original to the home. The bathroom sinks were rusty. The trash cans in all of the bathrooms were rusted. There were missing blinds on more than one window including one of the bathrooms. The toilet seats looks like they were 20 years old and discolored. The shower head was completely white with calcium build up. There were tiles in the shower that were broken. There was mold in the caulk in the shower. There were many spots on the walls that needed pain. The bed was super soft which I hate but that is a personal preference. To top it all off, it was behind a small amusement park that was very noisy until 1 am. Every minute or two you would hear a super loud screeching sound from one of the rides. I took plenty of photos but not sure how to post them.”airbnb

“While the property offers great space for a large group of family or friends, the cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The carpet was heavily soiled, both refrigerators were dirty, and there was visible feces and coffee stains in two of the bathrooms. Additionally, one of the guest linens had a blood stain. These are serious sanitation concerns that should never be present in a rental property, especially one at this price point. The pool also did not remain heated as advertised. We paid nearly $2,600 for this stay, and the home was clearly not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. I requested a refund of both the cleaning fee and the pool fee. While I was informed that the pool fee would be refunded, the cleaning fee was denied. Absolutely disappointed!!!”airbnb

“Gustavo was nice and his place was okay but there were a lot of cleanliness issues. 1. Dirty Linen with various stains (mucus, blood, etc) 2. Used bandaid found stuck to a cup in the kitchen 3. 1 of the showers had a used razor blade left behind. 4. Some showers had black mold spots and pink bacteria a long the shower and on the shower curtains 5. Slow drainage in sinks and some showers. 6. Probably the most important was lack of internet most of our stay except for last full day.”airbnb

“All was amazing however the mat day hot water did not work and got no response and no compensation.”airbnb

“The home accommodated our group size; however, several issues impacted our stay. We encountered safety and maintenance concerns, including a lock issue, uneven/broken beds, a leaking sink, and cleanliness problems such as dirty and damaged pillows. Some issues were not immediately apparent at check-in and became evident as the home was used. While one concern was addressed, other issues remained unresolved. Future guests may want to confirm that maintenance and cleanliness standards have been fully met prior to arrival.”airbnb

“Here’s a shortened, more concise version that keeps the key points clear: The house was nice and comfortable overall, but several issues affected our stay. Upon arrival, the heat was not working. Although the host mentioned repairs, we were traveling with young babies and had to purchase space heaters. We requested reimbursement but the host mentioned that we had to go through Airbnb. We also paid extra to have the pool heated for our daughter’s 21st birthday, which was intended to be the highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, we were informed of a pool heater malfunction, the planned cookout and getting in the pool never happened. We did get reimbursed for the pool. While the home itself was comfortable, these issues significantly impacted our experience. Thank you”airbnb

“We had a great time at the house. The two game rooms were perfect for our family group. The heated pool was really heated, so we were able to be in the pool even when it was cold outside. It was amazing! Sadly, we had a problem with the house heater in a pretty cold day (I know it’s south Florida, but it was in the low 50s), and even though they fixed it at the end of the day, they didn’t provide extra blankets or space heater, even when we asked for them. Also, they do not provide any coffee, or tea, Which other Airbnbs usually do. Besides this issue, everything run smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this place.”airbnb
